Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it

In its original packaging with all tags attached

Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase
Please note:

Items marked as final sale, underwear, or personal accessories (such as earrings) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

We do not accept returns on gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@dokeme.myshoplaza.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item sent).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.
